Who I am
I spent 26 years leading IT from inside large organisations -- not advising from the outside. That means I have navigated the same politics, budget cycles, and operational realities that you face. I know what actually works when the pressure is real.
My background spans software, finance, and retail at global scale, including some of the most complex M&A environments you can find. I have built teams, transformed operations, and delivered automation programmes that survived well past the launch announcement.
